Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for shipping errors made by the Timeless staffs. For example, if you have ordered a size Small and we shipped out an Medium, we will gladly pay for your shipping charge back to us. The correct order will then be processed and shipped out to you within two business days. In case the shirt you ordered is not available in our inventory, you can select a different shirt for the exchange. Please shoot us an email if you have any questions. Thank you
